Hydrazine derivatives in the synthesis of linear and heterocyclic compounds
摘要:
N-Siloxycarbonylation, transamination, carboxylation, silylation, and condensation of N,N-dimethylhydrazine, 1-methyl-1-[2-(1-methylhydrazino)ethyl]hydrazine, N-methyl-2-(1-methylhydrazino)ethanamine, and some their trimethylsilyl derivatives resulted in the formation of previously unknown linear and heterocyclic compounds.

Eight products from reactions of acetylacetone-, methyl acetoacetate- and methyl formyacetate dimethylhydrazones with dimethylacetylenedicarboxylate and methyl propiolate have been characterized by the usual spectroscopic methods and, partly, structure analyses.
Regioselective Cyclocondensations of Chlorocarbonylsulfenyl Chloride with Hydrazones: Effective Synthesis of a Class of Sulfur and Nitrogen Containing Heterocycles with -COS- Linkage

日期:——
Regioselective cyclocondensations of several hydrazones with chlorocarbonylsulfenyl chloride afforded 1,3,4-(3H,6H)-thiadiazin-2-one derivatives and 3(2H)-(dimethylamino)thiazolones. The -COS- linkage was effectively incorporated into the S,N-containing heterocycles.
